Job Summary
You will lead daily operations at the RMA center by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault analysis on CCTV products. You will drive equipment lifecycle management and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and system-level issues on returned CCTV products to determine appropriate repair or replacement actions
- Take ownership of day-to-day RMA center operations including equipment tracking, testing, and lifecycle management to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage spare parts inventory by controlling usage and supporting year-end physical stocktake to align inventory with financial records
- Conduct functional and performance testing on repaired or replacement units to verify quality before release
- Prepare and maintain detailed after-sales technical documentation, including repair analysis reports, test results, and service procedures to support transparency and knowledge sharing
- Provide technical support and recommendations to internal teams and customers regarding RMA cases and product issues to facilitate timely resolution
- Identify recurring faults and collaborate with relevant teams to support continuous improvement initiatives based on technical feedback
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or related disciplines
- 1-3 years experience in RMA, CCTV repair, or after-sales technical support
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with CCTV products
- Ability to perform fault diagnosis and testing independently
- Proficient in soldering electronic components
- Familiarity with spare parts and inventory control
- Strong documentation skills
