Job Summary

We are seeking a poised, hardworking, and dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our departmental store team. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate takes true ownership of their assigned section and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly with a professional and approachable appearance to assist them in finding products
• Proactively upsell and apply product knowledge to meet and exceed daily sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock levels, and cleanliness in your assigned department
• Assist with stock takes, receiving deliveries, and organizing the storeroom to support inventory accuracy
• Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks and department performance to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese with customers and team members to enhance service quality
• Adapt to shift work schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to meet store operational needs
• Sustain stamina to stand for long periods while maintaining a positive and reliable work ethic

Required competencies and certifications

• Prior experience in retail sales is required to perform core sales and customer service duties
