Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized in-store experience through attentive consultation and expert product recommendations
- Curate tailored skincare and beauty solutions that reflect each client's unique needs and lifestyle
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product formulations, ingredients, and advanced beauty techniques
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful engagement
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while upholding the highest service standards
- Execute POS transactions, exchanges, and client purchases with precision and professionalism
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to the seamless day-to-day operations of the store

- Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, skin types, and application techniques
- Prior experience in beauty or luxury retail is preferred (training will be provided)
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
