Working Hours: Retail hours, based on roster

Working Schedule: Must be willing to work weekends and Public Holidays.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve individual sales targets, KPIs and store performance goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
- Maintain product knowledge and recommend suitable, new, related or alternative products to customers.
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment and sales floor management.
- Ensure products are properly checked, labelled, priced and displayed according to company standards.
- Monitor stock availability, product quality and sizes/styles on the sales floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation standards.
- Operate retail POS systems and comply with company policies, safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
