Job Scope:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

• Recommend suitable products based on customers needs, preferences, and requirements.

• Maintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, work orders, and payment details.

• Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.

• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising/display setup.

• Handle cashiering and basic administrative duties when required.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and service objectives.

• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and consistently well-presented.

Job Requirement:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome (Training provided)

• Experience in retail/ customer service/hospitality/ F&B is an addded advantage.
