Drive daily store sales by proactively engaging customers and providing personalised styling advice.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
Manage visual merchandising, including product displays, window arrangements, and overall store presentation.
Handle stock receiving, shelving, inventory counting, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
Adapt to rotating shift schedules as required by store operations.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or sportswear brands.
Language: Proficiency in Chinese is essential for daily customer interactions basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Competencies: Strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
