Our Client:
We are partnering with a MNC company that specializes in building material product. The company is expanding their Singapore operations and looking for a Regional Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- Drive the company&aposs brand expansion into the Singapore market through a direct sales model.
- Collaborate closely with the company&aposs existing installation partner and establish additional installation partnerships if needed.
- Create proposals that align with and exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate the implementation of projects from ordering to handover.
- Follow up on delivered projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Define and create plans for prioritized segments and geographical districts.
- Perform customer visits and presentations to ensure broad awareness and gather information about current and upcoming projects.
- Network and build trusting relationships with customers and design consultants.
- Support and collaborate on local marketing initiatives.
- Provide detailed briefs and feedback to the design team to support proposals.
- Assist design consultants and clients with tender specifications.
- Ensure prompt after-sales service through local installation and service partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in a business development or sales role.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Preferably experience in the playground industry, or alternatively in the architecture or construction industry.
- Strong network of local design consultants, construction companies, and developers.
- Demonstrated successful track record of sales achievements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver proposals that align with and exceed customer expectations.
- Good organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities.
