What youll do:

As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial direction of your assigned territory.   • Create comprehensive account plans and manage expense budgets for your region, ensuring transparency with direct reports and senior management.

  • Coach your team in following structured sales processes designed to maximise share of wallet at key accounts while growing after-sales markets such as refurbishing, spare parts, and services.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and cost models for internal stakeholders as well as external clients, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Host customers during office visits, trade shows, and events to strengthen relationships and showcase organisational capabilities.
