Job Description

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key markets in Asia.
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new accounts and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to expand revenue streams and maximize market potential.
• Collaborate with principal and local teams to craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies for the product portfolio.
• Define and communicate a clear growth vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product launches and market penetration.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gather customer insights, and drive enhancements to optimize features and user experience.
• Lead high-value negotiations and establish strategic partnerships to support long-term business growth.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Proven Sales and Business Development experience in Asia
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
