Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle project costing, tendering, and contract administration for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQ
- Perform quantity take-off from drawings
- Handle tendering and subcontractor quotations
- Monitor project costs and budget
- Prepare progress claims and final accounts
- Manage variation orders (VO) and claims
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of construction costing and contracts
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
