QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Manage project costing and contract administration
• Handle subcontractor quotations and comparison analysis
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in construction / M&E / infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and contracts
• Familiar with Singapore construction industry standards
• Proficient in MS Excel and QS software (optional advantage)
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
