Job Summary
As a Proposal Engineer at Advanced CAE Pte Ltd, you will develop detailed engineering proposals for process analyzer systems, coordinating cross-functional inputs to support business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and compile tender proposals, ensuring all requirements and compliance criteria are met.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and partners to produce complete and timely submissions.
- Develop proposal structures, write sections, and refine content to present clear and competitive solutions.
- Prepare preliminary design and costing on Analyzer System, not limited to Sample Handling System, Analyzers, and Racks/Cabinets/Shelters with supporting by engineering team.
- Prepare and submit technical bid evaluation and revised proposal until all technical aspects are clarified with clients.
- Attend technical clarification meeting or kick-off meeting before / after award, wherever possible.
- Handover awarded projects to Project Team with compilation of all required documentation.
- Collaborate with global proposal team through other CAE offices as and when required.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industries with understanding of analytical products and systems preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information
- Mid-level experience in technical proposals, pre-sales, project coordination, or related roles preferred
- Proactive mindset to propose ideas and actively contribute to solution discussions
