Job Description

  • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
  • Keeping track and preparing monthly administration reports for various project departments.
  • Assist on preparation of quotation for tenders/on-going projects
  • Ordering of material, follow-up and delivery.
  • Sourcing for supplier's quotation.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that might be assigned.
