Property Manager (Commercial Buildings)

Job Description:

• Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works carried out in the shopping malls and overseeing daily operations.

• Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.

• Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management etc.

• Required to prepare and submit management reports to the Client.

• Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/ Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties or in the alternative, at least 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management

• Possess Fire Safety Manager certification

• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service orientated mindset

• Working location: need to manage multiple sites
