Working Hour: 8.30AM - 5.30PM / 8.30AM - 12.30PM (5.5 Days)

Job Scope
- Support preventive and ad-hoc maintenance for building and facilities systems
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance works carried out by third party contractor
- Maintain proper documentation of inspections, findings, and rectification actions
- Oversee both hard and soft services, with working knowledge of BMS
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- ITE or Diploma Qualification or Above
- 1 - 3 years of experience as Facilities Technician
- Fire Safety Manager Certification added to advantage but not a must
- Candidate with own transportation added to advantage but not a must
