Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to be part of the teams in supporting and keeping our TETRA systems up and running smoothly 24/7. The Engineer should have broad technical skills and a working background in basic troubleshooting.

Willingness to acquire new skills and a good team player.

Responsibilities:

Assists with the installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
Installs, configures and maintains IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot problems on the Communications Network (Vehicles and Vessels)
Installs, configures and maintains TETRA infrastructure

Requirements

Willing to do after office hour standby
At least Diploma in Engineering (IT/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Min. 2 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
Technical knowledge of installation and support to customers
Able to work independently
Have Class 3 Driving License
