Information Technology & Systems Management
- Maintain and support the Club's IT infrastructure, including:
- Servers and backend systems
- End-user devices (desktops, laptops)
- Operating systems and applications
- Email systems and user accounts
- Manage IT accounts, access controls, and user permissions in accordance with governance policies.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and security of IT systems.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Network, Security & Vendor-Managed Systems
- Liaise with third-party vendors managing:
- MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider)
- Firewall and cybersecurity systems
- Clubhouse network infrastructure
- Wi-Fi systems
- Telephone systems (hardline and IP telephony)
- Ensure all systems are operating securely and in compliance with organisational standards.
Club Technology Systems & Operations
Oversee and support the operation and maintenance of key Club systems,including:
- PA (Public Address) System
- CCTV Surveillance System
- TV and LED display panels
- Audio-Visual (AV) systems in function rooms (e.g. NL, BH)
- Trackman system, including synchronisation and backend server integration.
- M-Quest ball dispensing and top-up system
Vendor & Contract Management
- Coordinate and manage IT and technology vendors.
- Ensure vendors deliver services in accordance with contract terms and service levels.
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support procurement processes including RFQs and tenders related to IT systems.
Systems Improvement & Support
- Analyse system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement technology enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for operational issues.
Policies, Compliance & Governance
- Maintain and update IT-related SOPs, policies, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
- Support regulatory compliance and system audits where required.
Facilities & Infrastructure Support
- Support maintenance of facility-related systems, including:
- Electrical and mechanical systems
- Telecommunication systems
- Building-related infrastructure
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades .
General Duties
- Respond to system faults, breakdowns, and operational issues.
- Support Club operations during events where IT/AV systems are required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations & Facilities Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience in IT support, facilities systems, or similar environment
- Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Vendor and contract management skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to respond to operational issues in a timely manner
- Experience working with vendors and service providers preferred
- Flexibility to respond to after-hours system issues, and work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
