M&E EXECUTIVE

Requirements:-

. Diploma or higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

. Min 5 years experience in the management of completed operational commercial & residential buildings preferred

. Fire Safety Manager certification will be an added advantage

. EMA Licensed Electrical worker preferred

Responsibilities

. Good knowledge of M&E building services/equipment

. Ensure building M&E system is operational

. Supervision of M&E maintenance and repair works

. Ability to lead a team of building technicians

. Able to work independently
