Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Developing, coordinating, and managing daily/weekly production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Construction: Tendering, management in installation of aluminium window and glass doors projects, supervise the workers and dealing with customers to meet job satisfaction.
- Workplace Safety: Check the work and safety and manage the procedures to control the risks.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitoring performance, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to optimize output and reduce costs.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensuring products meet quality standards and that the facility complies with safety regulations (e.g., GMP, OSHA).
- Staff Leadership & Management: Supervising production personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and assigning tasks.
- Resource Management: Allocating materials, labor, and equipment efficiently to meet targets.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Developing and maintaining production budgets and preparing performance reports for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: must have the strong relevant knowledge in construction and manufacturing sector.
Experience: Minium 8 years experience in relevant field
Technical Skills: Independendly controlled the whole process of job requirements.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving.
