Manage the day-to-day operations of the project Department on projects undertaken by the company.
Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely completion and to achieve highest quality of works or site.
Maintain project control systems, planning, scheduling and to manage projects within allocated budget and manpower cost targeted by the company.
Plan and organize resources to achieve higher productivity and minimize wastages and float time.
Must have extensive experience in Singapore construction industry with proven track record at the senior management level.
Must have extensive experience in dealing with main contractor and consultants to resolve all site and contractual issues.
Must have sound knowledge in all regulatory requirements, such as building control regulations, SCDF requirements, etc.
Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Specialize in Sub-Contractor works, especially in door and window trades.
