PROJECT MANAGER

Project specification compliance:

A bachelor degree related to built environment from an approveduniversity (refer to BCA's List of Acceptable Qualifications for Accreditation of Resident Engineer) with 12 years working experience.
Or a local diploma related to built environment with a minimum 15years working experience.

The total years of working experience shall include 7years of project management experience.

Or accredited Construction Professional A (ACP A) by Singapore Contractors Association Ltd.

Project experience requirement:

a) Experienced in authorities/agencies application and clearance for works (e.g LTA/PUB/BCA/Services agencies etc).

b) Experience in existing utilities management including diversion, supporting for construction work requirement.

c) Experience in pipe jacking works, jacking/retrieval shafts construction and tunneling works is required.

d) Able to study and giving suggestion / proposal to clear any underground obstructions to the construction work ahead.

e) Able to plan, lead and monitor the progress of works.

f) Initialize, kick off, monitoring all the works / items required in the works.

Routine works required (but not limited to the items listed below):

a) Initialize and lead the project team in preparation and submission of Master Program, Micro Construction Program etc.

b) Initialize and lead the project team in Progress Meeting preparation, Monthly Progress Claim, Progress Reporting.

c) Communicate well with project team and stakeholders.

d) Conduct weekly/monthly meeting with higher management / project team for problems solving and work schedule preparation and monitoring.

e) Follow up and monitoring with the WHSO and WHSC for the safety performance of the entire project.

f) Any item(s) related to the project management as instructed by the higher management.
