Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years working experience in the construction industry in Greenfield project or Additional & Alteration (A&A) works including at least 5 years in a Project Manager role
Strong decision-making skills with a results-focused mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Highly motivated with the ability to work under tight schedules.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support to the project team.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
Manage project resource and ensure effective allocation.
Plan and schedule project timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Executive Director
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Report issues to Executive Director on a timely manner and propose appropriate solutions on project assigned.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, encouraging accountability and positive performance.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Executive Director
