Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate across design, procurement and construction teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks and performance using BIM, digital dashboards and data-driven tools.
• Identify and mitigate project risks relating to cost, schedule, quality and compliance.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships through regular progress updates, milestone reviews and issue resolution.
• Ensure projects meet quality, sustainability and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, contract performance, costs and payments.
• Manage project handover, documentation and Defects Liability Period (DLP) requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, performance analysis and implementation of best practices.
• Lead, mentor and develop project team members through coaching and performance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of project management experience within the construction or built environment sector.
• Experience in project and contract management, risk management and data-driven project delivery.
• Good understanding of Green Building Standards and sustainability compliance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong numerical, communication and attention-to-detail capabilities.
