Job Summary

Project Manager responsible for leading projects from design conception through construction to handover, managing budgets, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate layout plans, design visuals, 3D drawings, and product specifications to meet project requirements and client expectations
Develop detailed project schedules and prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions for client approval
Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, including revisions and amendments with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear agreements
Arrange submission of plans to local authorities and coordinate building inspections to maintain regulatory compliance
Prepare and monitor project costing reports for management approval and control budgets to optimize financial performance
Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and uphold high-quality workmanship standards
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients to obtain feedback and resolve project.

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate office design and build projects
Ability to interpret architectural plans and apply building and safety regulations effectively
Proven experience leading and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficient in spoken and written English to manage communications with English and Mandarin-speaking associates for effective project coordination
