Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Construction) General Building

• . Manage and coach teammembers, monitor productivity, and oversee organizational functions.

  . Plan, forecast, andtrack subcontractors progress conduct daily coordination meetings and weeklyscheduling to meet project timelines.

  . Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

  . Verify constructiondetails, defects, and variations against plans before construction or paymentprocessing.

  . Liaise closely withsubcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities provide guidelines,expertise, and team supervision.

  . Coordinate logistics anddaily operational needs for smooth site execution.

  Requirements:

  . Degree in CivilEngineering or its equivalent recognized by BCA/PEB

  . Minimally 8 years ofconstruction experience, preferably with a main contractor.
