Job Summary
Lead the successful implementation and completion of projects by managing cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder collaboration. Drive operational excellence through detailed planning, risk management, and team leadership to ensure smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution to deliver outcomes within scheduled cost, time, and quality targets
- Liaise proactively with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare, review, and submit detailed project programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans to support informed decision-making
- Conduct regular safety meetings with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment
- Lead and support a team of professional and technical staff in planning and executing daily operations to achieve project objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably recognized by the Singapore PE Board
- At least 10 years experience managing high-rise building projects and/or complete one cycle HDB BTO projects or warehouse projects
- Demonstrated ability to work dynamically, self-motivate, proactively solve problems, and deliver results in the construction industry
- Proven team collaboration skills, strong technical knowledge relevant to construction project management, effective interpersonal communication, and a positive can-do attitude
