Development Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of building services and infrastructure projects. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage building systems including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, vertical transportation, and fit-outs.
- Review and provide input on building design plans, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, tendering, and contract management.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct inspections, manage defects, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in building consultancy, project management, or real estate consultancy.
- Strong experience in design review and understanding of building design plans.
- Good knowledge of building development, regulations, laws, ACMV, building management systems, plumbing and sanitary, vertical transportation, and fire protection systems.
- Proficient in project management software and CAD tools.
