Business Development Manager(ME Project & Plumbing)

Job Description

We are a New-established Construction Company in Singapore, seeking a motivated Business development Manager to support business development and client engagement in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

1, Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for M&E and Plumbing
Projects(Commercial, residential, industrial)

2, Build and Maintain strong relationships with Main contractors, Consultants, developers,
and Clients.

3, Actively source project leads, follow up on tenders, and manage the end-to end sales
cycle from inquiry to contract award.

4, Prepare and present Proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination
with the technical and estimating teams.

5, Understand client requirements and translate them into viable technical and
commercial solutions

6, Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scope to achieve profitable outcomes.

7, Monitor market trends, Competitor activities, and upcoming developments in the
construction and M&E industry

8, Work closely with project, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project
handover after award.

9, Represent the company at industry events, meetings,and networking sessions.

Requirements

1, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Plumbing,
Construction Management, or related field.

2, 3 - 8 Years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or project
coordination Within M&E/Plumbing/construction industry.

3, Strong knowledge of M&E systems, Plumbing workers, Project tendering processes,
and construction practices.

4, Well-Connected within the local construction and consultant network(Singapore
experience preferred).

5, Proven track record in securing and managing construction or M&E projects.

6, Excellent Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

7, Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications.

8, Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred/Added Advantages

1, Experience with PUB/BCA/LTA/HDB Projects.

2, Familiarity with Singapore Codes and standards.

3, Experience handling term contracts or long-term client accounts.
