Required Skills

• Strong experience in Retail Banking and Banking Channels domain.
• Hands-on experience in CRM platforms such as Siebel CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Good understanding of banking customer journeys and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing projects related to:
• Internet Banking
• Mobile Banking
• Branch Banking
• Customer Onboarding
• Service Requests & Customer Communication
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
