About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of industrial engineering projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The role will coordinate cross-functional activities involving engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and customer management while supporting projects across various industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from contract award through to commissioning and final
• handover
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Serve as the key customer contact throughout project execution
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and technical compliance
• Manage procurement activities for equipment and services
• Track project costs, forecasting, reporting, and variation management
• Ensure testing, validation, and customer acceptance requirements are achieved
• Manage project documentation and closing activities
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all project phases

Key Requirements

• Strong project management experience in industrial/process engineering environments
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and regional environment
• Familiarity with MS Project, SAP, or equivalent systems
• PMP certification is advantageous
• Willingness to travel regionally/internationally for project meetings, commissioning, and site activities
