About the job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Transformation Project Manager to support workforce, talent, and organizational transformation initiatives across the organization.

This role will contribute to capability development, workforce planning, role transformation, and operating model evolution by working closely with business, HR, and transformation stakeholders. The successful candidate will support the coordination and implementation of talent and capability programs, change management activities, workforce readiness initiatives, and people-related transformation efforts.

The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills with an interest in organizational transformation, workforce capability development, and change enablement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your missions

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of talent and capability transformation initiatives.
  • Support stakeholders in identifying workforce gaps, future capability needs, role requirements, and skills frameworks.
  • Contribute to operating model changes, role design, learning pathways, hiring programs, and adoption of people-related processes or tools.
  • Help prepare documentation, handover materials, and support structures for new roles and workforce programs.
  • Participate in change management activities such as stakeholder communications, enablement materials, rollout planning, and training sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Maintain records, track risks and issues, and support audit readiness and compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist in tracking success metrics such as hiring progress, capability uplift, role readiness, and adoption rates.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in transformation, workforce planning, capability development, talent programs, operating model change, or related project coordination.
  • Exposure to technology, operations, corporate transformation, or regulated environments would be an advantage.
  • Good project coordination skills, including scope, timeline, governance, risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Exposure to workforce planning, skills/capability frameworks, role mapping, or learning pathway development.
  • Familiarity with change management activities such as rollout planning, communications, enablement materials, and adoption tracking.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
