Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- Delivery Leadership - Successful delivery of all regional technology projects within the approved budget and timeline
- Collaborate with Run the bank teams for incident and problem management
- Establish and maintain efficient/effective communication with stakeholders of Head Office, region, countries, and external parties.
- Managing, promoting, and negotiating matters related to budgets and contracts, executing internal procedures, and conducting pre-negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing for project approvals and reviews, creating approval documents, and arranging meetings.
- Troubleshooting issues related to project initiation and promotion.
- Not only executing the above tasks but also leading efforts to streamline and optimize processes through negotiations with Head Office and Budget Team.
What you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 15 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Proven project management skills in huge and complicated projects across various countries.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to acquire consensus among stakeholders.
- Business-levelproficiency in both the English and Japanese languages will be advantageous as you are required to communicate, read and understand, as well as respond and present to management and Japan (Head Office). This includes system discussions, Q&A meetings, status update meetings, and writing reports to management, etc.
