We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support our Project Manager and project team in delivering high-quality construction outcomes. You will play a key role in project coordination, documentation, cost and schedule control, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities
. Assist and report to the Project Manager on project delivery functions including project planning, site coordination, supervision, and risk control to achieve project objectives.
. Support project planning and implementation, ensuring construction works follow the master and detailed work programme.
. Prepare and submit project documentation such as drawings, schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, monthly reports, progress claims, and project records.
. Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure works comply with contract specifications, bills of quantities, construction drawings, company quality standards, WSH requirements, and all contractual documents.
. Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters, providing timely technical and non-technical solutions supported with proper documentation.
. Arrange and attend site inspections with clients/consultants, submit required technical reports, and ensure accurate records are maintained on site.
. Attend regular progress and coordination meetings and ensure works remain on schedule.
. Establish and maintain an effective document control system, including review and updating of detailed design drawings and specifications.
. Uphold Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) responsibilities by following site safety procedures, reporting unsafe acts/conditions, and contributing to a safe working environment.
. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements & Skills
. Diploma in Engineering (Civil / M&E / equivalent) or Degree recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil / M&E / equivalent.
. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
. Strong knowledge of A&A, M&E, and architectural works.
. Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant design/visualisation software.
. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
. Familiar with construction rules, regulations, best practices, and safety/performance standards.
. Able to manage multiple disciplines and coordinate across stakeholders.
. Good project supervision, decision-making, and leadership skills.
. Strong time management, organisation, and communication abilities.
