Project Engineer

Roles

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.
• Monitor and supervise supervisor / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
• Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Handling technical issues.
• Liaison and meeting with client's representatives, relevant authorities and consultants.
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• To coordinate and liaise with all projects staff and workers to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• At least three years of work experience in building construction or private residential projects, such as landed properties.
• Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
