A proactive and technically competent Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical specialist supporting the application, installation, and troubleshooting of High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) fans. This role involves both pre- and post-sales engineering support, project coordination, and client engagement to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical specialist for resolving customer challenges specifically related to HVLS fans.
- Provide technical support in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, including communication with and visits to consultants, and customers.
- Monitor and control project progress, attend project status meetings, and provide regular performance and status reports.
- Prepare and submit project documents and technical drawings, including DWG files based on project submission requirements.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of and ability to communicate the technical specifications and functionality of the products being marketed.
- Coordinate internally with sales and installation contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Carry out any additional assignments or duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably with HVAC, ventilation, or mechanical systems.
- At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVLS fans or similar mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to prepare and submit DWG files for project documentation and coordination.
