Job Summary
Lead and coordinate new and existing projects by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and client relationships to drive successful project delivery and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall project execution by coordinating manpower allocation, project requirements, and meeting attendance to ensure timely progress.
- Prepare, discuss, and report project schedules, cash flow, and budgets to management for informed decision-making.
- Track and report weekly project completion status to monitor progress and identify risks.
- Forecast and report monthly project revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics to support financial planning.
- Define and assign project roles to team members based on project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Determine and allocate necessary resources including staffing, software, hardware, equipment, and facilities according to project specifications.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Lead project teams to prioritize approved project tasks by analyzing strategic importance, outstanding tasks, obstacles, budget, and deadlines.
- Establish, document, and communicate comprehensive schedules for all project phases to ensure alignment and transparency.
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
