Processing of Customer Engineering Requests (CERs)
- Monitors the input, registration, forwarding and defined throughput time of CER's
- Creates the pricing for CER's based on specifications of the product line and answers the CER
- Issues the CER quote and directs it within 24 hrs of receiving the information to the CER applicant
- Performs for CER's relevant statistics and analysis
Technical coordination of customer orders
- Creates the machine files (internal order documentation) for IMO's (InternalMachineOrders), machine and module orders
- Execution of Change Orders
- Creates the necessary software licenses using the internal software tool Option Manager in accordance with customer orders
General
- Handling of IMOs according to the defined process
- Lead customer projects
- Deputy role within the department
Education
- Diploma in engineering
- Commercial education advantageous
Work experience
- Several years of experience in an international, customer-oriented environment
- Experience in pricing definition and issuing quotations
Expertise and methodology
(Business knowledge, MS-Office, etc.)
- Technical and methodological expertise
- Good user knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of PLM (Agile of Oracle)
- Good / very good technical understanding, good product knowledge
- Very good knowledge of the company's internal processes
Education
- Diploma in engineering
