Project Director (CSA)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre projects with full accountability for CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) scope.
  
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.
  
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including CSA consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  
• Provide technical leadership on CSA design, ensuring compliance with data centre standards, codes, and client requirements.
  
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimise cost, efficiency, and constructibility.
  
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth approvals and project alignment.
  
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
  
• Lead procurement strategy and oversee contract administration for CSA packages.
  
• Mentor and develop project teams, ensuring high performance and capability building.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in CSA roles, with proven track record in data centre project delivery.
  
• Strong knowledge of CSA design, construction methodologies, and data centre standards (Tier III/IV preferred).
  
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale, complex projects and teams.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
