Job Description

Monitor work progress and check in work done by Sub-contractors
Manage and supervise various projects according to plan within project deadlines
Train workers on working method to improve productivity
Conduct daily safety toolbox meeting briefing, inspections of work site to ensure compliance on safety matters
Oversee daily operation at sites, solve issues arise if any
Ensure that workers comply with all safety measures required
Report and assist site manager/project manager, including preparation of necessary documents/submissions
In depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings
Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation
Supervise structural / architectural works, coordinate with all stakeholders on technical matters
Ensure timely completion and good quality of works, and follow up well
Willing to be hands-on with on-site work and learn
With at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects
Educational level at least N level / O level / ITE holder or relevant industry trade certificates
BCSS / Work at Height supervisor etc. certificates will be an advantage
Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an advantage
