Project Coordinator

coordinate and liaise with main contractors/clients for any workers issues
able to handle multiple project sites (not just 1 site)
counsel / discipline the workers who have attitude issues
monitor all workers attendance - take action if worker is missing by giving warning letter or termination
meet supervisors, project engineers and managers to build good relationship.
must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
must be good at multi tasking
able to control foreign workers- Indians, Bangladeshis, Thais
arrange SIC of workers deployment for all projects
bring workers for medical reviews (if required)
able to work under very fast paced environment and able to take pressure
Need to attend to all workers concerns and answer calls anytime.
Monday-Saturdays
8am - 8pm
