Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to support the execution of cold chain packaging and logistics projects. This role requires strong vendor coordination, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts independently. Cold chain or temperature-controlled logistics experience is a strong advantage.
This is a delivery-focused role and not an administrative-only position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution across suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Manage vendor communications, timelines, quotations, documentation, and follow-ups
- Track production, delivery schedules, and deployment milestones for cold chain solutions
- Ensure specifications, quality, and compliance requirements are met, especially temperature-related requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, bills of materials, checklists, and reports
- Support troubleshooting during project execution and deployment
- Work closely with technical, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth project handovers
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Experience in cold chain logistics, temperature-controlled supply chain, pharma, food, or related industries is preferred
- Background in science, engineering, life sciences, logistics, or related technical fields
- Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational discipline
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under tight timelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
