Job Summary

Assist the project manager in coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and successful achievement of client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project management documents including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans to support effective project execution
  • Manage project administrative and financial tasks such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports to maintain accurate project records
  • Oversee the project procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of necessary resources
  • Engage with project clients to assess needs, define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and establish project timelines
  • Coordinate allocation of project resources to ensure team members have required tools and support at appropriate times
  • Assign tasks to team members and clarify expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables
  • Serve as the liaison between project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle to facilitate communication and issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress and team performance, providing regular updates to project stakeholders
  • Schedule and document stakeholder meetings, generating reports to track project status and decisions
  • Foster collaboration across teams to support completion of project tasks and delivery of quality outputs
  • Apply experience in patching and data center environments to support technical project requirements
