Project Coordinator

The role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Geodis Singapore Pte. Ltd. in the East Region. This is a full-time position, where you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing various freight and logistics projects for our clients in the Project Logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

1. To administrate, develop and maintain long-term partnership with assigned key customers (KA).

2. To coordinate new business and growing of existing customers.

3. To optimise cost in order to increase yield per job file

4. To respond to inquiry made by customers and network

5. CRM compliance throughout

6. To ensure timely invoicing to customers

7. Contribute to other development of the department/ inter-department as and when required

8. Expertise in multimodal transport (road, air, sea), heavy-lift planning, and yard operations.

9. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, risk-management, and communication abilities.

10. Ability to manage under pressure, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver against tight schedules.

11. Critical in maintaining continuity and minimizing non-productive time

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Higher Nitec.

2. 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.

3. Experience in freight forwarders.

4. Well verse with International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS)

5. Able to adapt to change of environmental policies and company policies
