As a Project Coordinator, You will be a key member of our production team to drive efficiency and quality of the product. Working closely with the product manager and project leads, you will be part of a development team to delivery high quality products to both local and international clients.

Be Part of Our Success

• Work with Project Manager, production planner and processor engineer scheduling meetings, tracking progress/budgets.
• Ensure project meets delivery schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams/vendors to track progress.
• Identify and regularly monitor risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Engineering, Business Admin / Management or relevant fields
• Experience in electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environment
• Experience in Project Management
• Skills: Planning, tracking tasks, risk analysis, budget support, documentation, reporting, meeting facilitation.
• Able to work on MS Office Suite
• (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PM Software Competent handling of preparing reports, managing documentation Strong organization & time management.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Problem-solving & adaptability
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.
• Open to contract, renewable
