Plan, co-ordinates and implements overall site works with sub-con and other related trades to carry out work safely.
Identify and resolves all problems that arises on site.
To organize and deploy resource/material for project.
Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.
To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on siteInvolve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).
Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications.
Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during the construction phase.
Rectify any technical and coordination issues that surface within the Project team and any related working partners.
Well-versed in Autocad, Revit / BIM software in Architectural / Structural / MEP
