Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description

1. Organize meetings, track deadlines, and update project calendars.
2. Attend internal and external project meetings.
3. Coordinate with various person to obtain approvals and maintain record keeping for all correspondence.
4. Maintain project documentation, distribute reports, and manage filing systems.
5. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
6. Ensure materials, equipment, and staff are available when needed.
7. Ensure projects meet company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
8. Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
9. Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Information

1. Salary is based on experience
2. Working days : Mon - Sat (Total : 44 Hrs per week)
3. Annual Leave per MOM
4. Overtime weekdays rate of 1.5, Sun and PH rate of 2.0

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-3 years of Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles.
2. Diploma/Degree/Master in Project/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad.
4. Able to start work immediately.
