Project Controller / Senior Project Controller (Electrical /Engineering |Central)

1. Manage end-to-end financial performance of projects (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking)

2. Perform variance analysis, margin tracking, and cost control

3. Partner with project managers on commercial and operational decisions

4. Review tender costings and project financial feasibility

5. Oversee billing, cash flow, and working capital management

6. Support month-end closing, including project revenue recognition (e.g. POC method)

7. Ensure compliance with internal controls and project governance

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• More than 5 years in project finance, accounting, or commercial control in project-based industries (e.g. engineering, construction, EPC, manufacturing).

• Proven experience in:

  • Project costing / budgeting

  • Project financial tracking (not just GL reporting)

  • Working closely with project or operations teams

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central (Navision) is an advantage
