We are seeking proactive Junior and Senior FP&A professionals. The roles involve financial planning, analysis, and reporting to help drive business decisions. Korean language proficiency is required for communication with Korean speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsfor operational projects.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource costsacross multiple initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningfor various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysison spend versus budget and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Korean-speaking teamsto gather cost information, ensure reporting accuracy, and provide financial guidance.
- Assist in capitalizing eligible expendituresand tracking costs according to accounting standards.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review and strategic discussions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 yearsof FP&A or finance experience in project-based, operational, or multi-functional environments.
- Korean language proficiency is required to support business operations and liaise effectively with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP/financial systems(SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
