Group Finance Manager, SGX-listed Company in B2B sector

Our client is an established SGX‑listed industrial manufacturing group with a strong regional presence and a long track record of operational and financial stability. As part of its continued growth and emphasis on strong governance and financial leadership, the group is seeking to appoint a Group Finance Manager to join its finance team.

This position will be responsible for group consolidation and financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with SFRS(I) and SGX listing requirements. You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, prepare management and board reports and coordinate closely with external auditors and advisors.

In addition, the role will support group budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, while partnering closely with operational and business leaders to provide financial insights that support decision‑making. You will also play a key role in strengthening internal controls, financial policies and governance frameworks across the group, as well as contributing to strategic initiatives such as capital expenditure evaluation and potential corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and be professionally qualified (CA, CPA or ACCA), with at least 8 years of relevant experience in group reporting or consolidation, ideally gained within an SGX‑listed environment. Experience within manufacturing businesses will be highly advantageous. You will be hands‑on, technically strong and able to operate confidently at both a detailed and strategic level, with the communication skills to work effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders across the organisation.
