Senior FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for event projects.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting templates and dashboards for consistent project performance tracking.
• Partner with operations, sales, and management teams to gather insights and understand project drivers.
• Perform variance and trend analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Drive process improvement and standardization of FP&A frameworks across projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations and challenging assumptions where appropriate.
• Adapt FP&A processes and frameworks to meet the fast-paced and evolving needs of the event business.
