Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for event projects.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting templates and dashboards for consistent project performance tracking.
Partner with operations, sales, and management teams to gather insights and understand project drivers.
Perform variance and trend analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Drive process improvement and standardization of FP&A frameworks across projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations and challenging assumptions where appropriate.
Adapt FP&A processes and frameworks to meet the fast-paced and evolving needs of the event business.
